my current hermes stack

claude code is still my workhorse — anything serious i do runs through it.

for day-to-day hermes stuff though, i've found opencode at $10/month beats any local model i've tried. with deepseek behind it i never really run out of tokens, which matters when hermes is running all day.

i've got gemma4 and qwen running locally as fallbacks too, and i'll probably wire up my codex subscription next — i just don't reach for it much yet.
