homelab update

finally got my full arr stack running with local monitoring. added overseerr and bazarr this week.

next on the list is tdarr — mostly to improve buffer times and claw back some storage space. the media library is getting big enough now that this matters.

i keep thinking about splitting plex off to an intel machine for better transcoding. my ryzen 5800h handles everything fine so far, but the idea of dedicated hardware for just that one job keeps coming back.
